Dear Safe Harbor RCH Family,
As you are aware, our country is facing a challenging crisis in healthcare with COVID-19
(Coronavirus). We want to assure you that Safe Harbor Residential Care Home is aware of the
risk and we are prepared to continue to care for your family.
Our staff received extensive education and training regarding COVID-19 and specific infection
control-based recommendations from Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Minnesota
Department of Health (MDH). Staff has access to written infection control policies based on the
most recent guidelines from Center for Disease Control. We will continue to monitor the most
current information available.
Our commitment to you, is to continue to provide you with the best care, and to prevent the
exposure of Coronavirus to you and your loved one. As some of you are aware, most in person
doctor’s appointments are cancelled due to Coronavirus. However, telemedicine is offered in lieu
of an in-person appointment.
During this time of caution to reduce the spread of Coronavirus, employees are screened, and are
without fever or any respiratory symptoms prior to work. Visitation is restricted; however, we
will be happy to set up a video chat session. Please contact Meeka Singh at 952-451-9469 to
coordinate. Potential visitors will be screened prior to entering, must wear a face mask, and
wash hands.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve your family. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any
questions.
Sincerely,
Meeka Singh – Owner & Operator
